The creator share is 0.30 percent of every curve trade of the coin. It accrues on the curve from the first trade and belongs to whoever the coin's creator record names: a single wallet, a sharing configuration of up to ten wallets, or the coin's holders.
Claiming as a Single Creator#
- Fees accrue on the curve on every trade (
creatorFeeAccrued). - Anyone can call
sweepCreatorFee(coin)to move the accrual into the creator's claimable balance; the app does this for you as part of a claim. - The creator calls
collectCreatorFee(quoteAsset)withaddress(0)for BNB and receives the balance.
creatorFeeBalance(creator, quoteAsset) returns the claimable amount at any time. Balances are per creator address, not per coin: a creator of several coins claims them together.
Sharing With Up to Ten Wallets#
A creator can convert the creator share into a sharing configuration through the fees module:
| Step | Call | Effect |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | createFeeSharingConfig(coin) |
creates the configuration with the creator as the sole shareholder and migrates the coin's creator record to it; the creator becomes the configuration's admin |
| 2 | updateFeeShares(coin, shareholders) |
the one permitted replacement of the list: up to ten wallets with shares in basis points summing to 10,000. Fees earned under the old split are paid out first, then the new list applies and the admin right is revoked |
| ongoing | distributeCreatorFees(coin) |
anyone pays the configuration's wallets by their shares |
Because the list can be set once and the admin right then ends, shareholders can verify the split on chain and know it cannot be changed under them. The zero address is refused as a shareholder.
Holder Rewards#
The core contract's creation call accepts a holder reward flag. A coin created with it has no creator payee. Its creator share accrues to a per-coin holder rewards balance, moved there by collectHolderRewardFee(coin), and the protocol's holder reward authority distributes it to holders in batches with distributeFeeToHolders(coin, recipients, amounts). Every payout is pushed in BNB with a WBNB fallback for recipients that refuse BNB, so one recipient cannot block the batch. The choice is made at creation and cannot be reversed. The app's Create page does not offer the flag at launch; it is available to integrators calling the contract directly.
Social Fee Accounts#
The fees module can hold a creator share for a social identity rather than a wallet: a ledger keyed by a user id and a platform, created with createSocialFeeAccount(userId, platform) and funded with fundSocialFee. The protocol's social claim authority pays the ledger to the wallet that proves ownership of the identity (claimSocialFee), subject to a claim rate limit. The claim event reports the asset actually paid (BNB, or WBNB when the recipient refused BNB).
Community Takeover#
If a creator abandons a coin, the protocol admin can reassign the creator record (adminCto) to a new creator, optionally switching the coin to holder rewards. The action emits AdminCto, goes through the governance process described under Roles and Governance, and never touches balances already earned.
After Graduation#
Curve-phase creator fees are claimable at any time, before or after graduation. Trades on the PancakeSwap v2 pair carry no creator share.
